Hey this is good as I have not danced salsa 4 a while, mi padre is Cuban and mi madre es Jamaican but I learned salsa at a latin club here in Lodon. I love it cause its very sexy…I come on utube everyday just to refresh my steps and learn new ones cause the recession is keeping me home so thank u for posting…

you know your I am an old man, and proud to be a pioneer of ths latin cultural dances. For a latino your sure know a lot on salsa – merengue, so, why don’t you send me a video so as to be the judge of yor so call comp, maybe my cousins in Cuba can tell you how good you are, and yes your right she is doing a splendid job, I guess you was her instructor. lol. You don’t have to …
You don’t have to be Cuban, Puertorican or Dominican to know Salsa. In the 70′ and early 80 the best Salsa dancers were Jewish. They were the ones with the money. They would send their kids to the Catskills in upstate New York. The only thing was they wouldn’t mingle much with the spaniards in NYC., but some way some how the dance reached the Spanish community. I know thousands Caribeans that don’t even dance Merengue which is one of the easiest dance.

Why don’t you post a video showing us how the real salsa steps are old man? I’m latino,latin dance instructor and I competed in salsa-merengue competitions,and she did a good job breaking the steps down for the non latino dancers,that;s why it says “easy steps” to learn salsa,targeted for the non latino market,not for the show off master dancers that go blah blah blah in the keyboard of their computers,I’ll be waiting for your video Mr know it all
