YOu can’t really explain it with out seeing it. Merengue you need to keep your upper body still & just move your hips back & forth quickly & spin alot, lol. Anyway you should buy an instructional DVD or go to a salsa club, sometimes they have nights where they teach it free. Also Check these links, I have included some videos. WEPA!!
